In total, Dr. Smith has performed over 115,000 laser vision corrections. Dr. Smith completed 7 years of surgical training after finishing medical school and has been in practice more than 12 years since completing training. He has also published LASIK-related articles in peer review journals and has written several chapters for text books. Dr. Smith’s hobbies include scuba diving, flying planes, snowboarding, mixed martial arts and reading. Since having three kids, he and his wife have put most of these hobbies on hold. Together, they are making a list of scuba diving sites they would like to visit someday.

    Dr. Wild graduated in 1999 and from the beginning of his career has specialized in LASIK, most of which have been with LasikPlus. Dr. Wild comes from a family of glasses and contact lens wearers and understands the hassles of wearing either. He had worn glasses since second grade and had LASIK to correct his vision. Since then he knew that he wanted to specialize in bringing that same freedom to other people who wear glasses. Dr. Wild spends his free time enjoying the Atlanta area with his wife and three children. They take many day trips sightseeing in Georgia. He enjoys mountain biking and working on his cars & motorcycles.
